How many product units do I need to send?
Boxes × products per box, plus a 5% contingency. The campaign builder shows the exact required and recommended figures before you order.
Who receives the boxes?
Recipients are selected from our retailer, influencer and TikTok creator databases and filtered by sector, geography, retail type, follower count and engagement.
Do you guarantee content from creators?
No. We don't promise guaranteed posts unless your campaign explicitly includes paid creator activity as an add-on.
Can I combine audiences?
Yes. Retail + Influencer, or all three. Each campaign is priced independently and combined into a single total.
How is pricing calculated?
Box cost + product handling + materials + packaging + postage + targeting + add-ons + management fee, less volume discounts, plus VAT.
What if I need custom packaging?
Custom branded and special packaging are quoted individually. Select them in the builder and request a custom quote.
What results do I get?
QR scans, recipients reached, retailer interest, sample requests, sales leads and creator content — all in your client dashboard, plus a campaign report.
